Let’s get to know each other and together we’ll build out your personalized Injury Management plan. *** Within this plan each client will receive current peer reviewed patient educational information to review and educate themselves about their particular injury. ***IMPORTANT*** please refer to the ILP Sports Welcome Letter to ensure that all of the requested materials are obtained and made available ASAP.
